Cuisine Thérapie

Cuisine Thérapie© is not a cooking class and no cooking skills are required! 

In a Cuisine Thérapie© session, we focus on the process, the “here and now”.

Without recipes, without techniques, with no obligation of result and using ingredients as a medium, you will explore your own creativity, reconnect with yourself, your emotions and let go.

We go back and forth between the sensory side (using culinary improvisations and mindfulness activities) and the mental side (putting into words the experience during the culinary creation). 

Cuisine Thérapie© is based on Art Therapy and Mindfulness approach. It was developed by Emmanuelle Turquet in 2015. More information can be found on her website: www.cuisine-therapie.com



Session

During a session you will do:

  • Mindfulness activities
  • Creative activities using ingredients as a tool
  • Share in a safe and confidential space  what happened during the creative process and what it means for you

Transformational Coaching

Transformational Coaching is a non-judgemental, client-led, collaborative conversation. It’s a partnership.

It facilitates a client’s exploration of cognitive, emotional, and relational patterns to create a more complete understanding of how they see and interact with the world.
